The Castle of Music of Noceto houses two museums: the Slawitz Disco Museum and the Scrollavezza Violinmaking Museum.

The Castle of Noceto better known as "La Rocca" has a system dating back to the thirteenth century.

Later it suffered numerous destructions and was rebuilt first in the 1300s by the Sanvitale counts and then in the mid-1400s, when Pier Maria Rossi gave it its current appearance.

For centuries, the Sanvitale counts, lords of Noceto until the abolition of the fiefdoms in 1805, used it as the administrative hub of the jurisdiction, the court, the prisons, the residence of the mayor and the militia departments housed within it.

Of the construction the mighty quadrilateral keep stands out, in addition to the perimeter of the walls with the four circular towers at the ends which still reserve a series of suggestive views.

The 360-degree panorama of the plain and the first surrounding hills that opens from the top of the keep is exciting.

Inside, a garden, still luxuriant, of broad-leaved and evergreen trees, refers to an ancient closed garden from the late Gothic period.

Since December 2005, after adequate restoration and careful preparation, the manor has become the "Castle of Music", combining history, art and culture. The ancient walls house: the B. Slawitz Ancient Disc Museum; the International School of Violin Making of master Renato Scrollavezza.
